Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
